The Dog Serves as a Witness for the Wedding
Some Colorado municipalities allow your dogs and cats to sign your marriage license as a witness. This couple got married and was able to include their dog in such a big way. That paw print helps validate their union, and now they will have that special license forever to commemorate their special day. Dogs are man's best friend, who can now stand by your side on your special day.

Are Cranberries Good for Dogs?
Cranberries are popular during the Thanksgiving holiday season, but are they safe for dogs to eat? This crunchy tart treat is safe for dogs. They have a lot of great nutritional benefits. The most important thing to look for is added sugars or artificial sweeteners, which can be extremely dangerous for your dog. Use fresh or dried cranberries and keep them in small quantities.

Three benefits of cranberries for dogs
  1. Cranberries are full of antioxidants. They can protect your dog's teeth by preventing plaque and tartar buildup.
  2. Cranberries improve bladder health. They can help prevent the growth of bacteria responsible for UTIs.
  3. Cranberries support a healthy immune system. They contain vitamins E, C, and K. They reduce your dog's risk of heart disease or inflammation and help with cognitive aging.
Feeding your dog large quantities of cranberries can have some adverse effects on your dog's health. They might get an upset stomach, kidney stones, and weight gain. They are also a choking hazard. Keep the amounts small and see how your dog likes them at first.
