When the Dog House is the Best Punishment
We've all heard the saying that someone is "in the dog house," but that doesn't always mean a punishment. This video showcases a dog dad who loves being sent to hang out with the dog, simply because the dog's room has everything needed to be comfortable. Just watch the video, and you'll likely wish you could spend an afternoon hanging out there, too!

How To Boost Your Dog's Mood
Dogs are not just our pets, they are beloved members of our families! Just like us, dogs can experience mood swings, stress, and even the blues. Here are some simple yet effective ways to boost your dog's mood and promote their overall well-being:
  • Regular exercise: One of the most effective ways to lift your dog's spirits is through regular exercise. All dogs, regardless of breed, size, or age, require physical activity to stay healthy and happy. A brisk walk, game of fetch, or trip to the dog park can provide mental stimulation, release pent-up energy, and strengthen the bond between you and your canine companion.
  • Interactive toys and puzzles: Stimulate your dog's mind with interactive toys and puzzles. These toys challenge their problem-solving skills and keep them mentally engaged. Puzzle feeders, treat-dispensing toys, and interactive games provide both mental stimulation and physical activity, preventing boredom and promoting a positive mood.
  • Quality time and bonding: Dogs are social animals that thrive on companionship. Spending quality time with your furry friend strengthens your bond and contributes to their emotional well-being. Whether it's cuddling on the couch, playing in the backyard, or even just talking to them, your presence and attention are invaluable to your dog's happiness.
  • Comfort and Safety: Create a comfortable and safe environment for your dog. Provide a cozy bed, and shelter from extreme weather conditions, and ensure their living space is clean and well-maintained. Feeling secure and comfortable in their surroundings contributes significantly to a dog's overall mood and happiness.
  • Positive Reinforcement: Positive reinforcement is a powerful tool in shaping your dog's behavior and improving their mood. Reward good behavior with treats, praise, or affection, reinforcing the positive actions you want to see. This not only enhances your dog's mood but also strengthens the bond between you and encourages a positive and obedient attitude.
And How To Boost Your Mood...
If you've ever struggled to enjoy cannabis due to the harshness of smoking or vaping, you're not alone. That's why these new cannabis gummies caught our eye.

Mood is an online dispensary that has invented a "joint within a gummy" that's extremely potent yet federally-legal. Their gummies are formulated to tap into the human body's endocannabinoid system.

Although this system was discovered in the 1990's, farmers and scientists at Mood were among the first to figure out how to tap into it with cannabis gummies. Just 1 of their rapid-onset THC gummies can get you feeling right within 5 minutes!

Four Reasons to Use a Harness for Your Dog
If you aren't using a harness for your dog, it might be time to consider making the change. Some dogs struggle with a standard leash, and they are pulling and controlling you instead of the other way around. Consider using a harness to help with the training process.

Four reasons to try a harness:
  • More control. Harnesses support the neck, chest, back, and legs. With more of the dog's body support, the handler will have more control of the movement. This is helpful with muscular dogs.
  • Discourages pulling. Harnesses often have a front clip, and that is helpful to stop the pulling. It requires the dog to turn around instead of just pulling them back.
  • Prevent injuries. A leash and collar direct all pressure to the dog's neck, so a harness can help protect your pup from any injuries caused by pulling on their neck.
  • Difficult to escape out of. Some dogs, especially those with thin faces, can wriggle out of their collars. Harnesses are harder for dogs to get out of.
