The next morning, Lucky went to the veterinarian, and they discovered that he was also blind and deaf. He likely would not have survived the night if that couple hadn't stopped. The vet updated Lucky on vaccinations and dental cleaning, and they began a search for a permanent home. Lucky's story inspired Zachary Blair, and he couldn't wait to offer him a forever home.
